New opportunity to join a dynamic team in Union, Ohio as an HR Manager. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a true transformation story in a high visibility role with extensive growth potential Responsibilities include supporting various HR functions such as staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and more. You will also interface with HR staff on projects and initiatives, implementing policies and procedures, while leading employees to success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide compensation and benefits support to employees and managers, including open enrollment coordination and benefits issue resolution.
  • Assist in performance management and merit increase processes, tracking completion and answering related queries.
  • Administer HRIS system, handling job and personal changes and generating reports for audits and HR projects.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives, employee events, and morale programs, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support staffing processes, from job posting to new hire orientation activities.
  • Assist in managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations and keeping leadership informed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA requirements and safety record upkeep.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • SHRM or PHR highly preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing environment
  • Adaptable leader with history of strong performance
  • Transformative background - ability to come in and quickly assess, develop processes, and strategize new opportunities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Highly adaptable and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and collaboration in a team-based environment.
