Medical Assistant Certified

Busy 6 physician OB/GYN practice with two locations seeking full (30-36 hrs/week) or part time (20-30 hrs/week) medical assistant. Qualified candidate would work at both our Oak Lawn and Orland Park office locations with varied hours. Duties include: taking patient history/physical and vital signs, administering injections, completing patient check in and check out procedures, assisting with scheduling of tests/surgery performed in office and at outside facilities, communicating normal test results to patients, phone triage, charting in electronic medical record system and maintaining patient confidentiality with a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
Medical Assistant and CPR certifications required. Must be dependable and have excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills and telephone etiquette. OB/GYN and Epic EMR experience preferred.
