  • Proven Restaurant Leadership Experience
  • BOH Experience is a HUGE plus
  • High Volume Experience is a MUST: At Least $3M/year in Volume
  • Understanding in food/labor cost and waste
  • Can ensure food safety and health standards
  • Calm demeanor
  • Collaborative personality and works well with FOH and BOH employees
