Customer Service Representative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise, answering any questions they may have.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure that our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked.
