Benefits Administrator (Temp to Hire)

Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group (CCWSG) is seeking a dynamic Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team on a temp-to-hire basis. If you have a knack for strategic planning, a keen eye for compliance, and a passion for employee benefits, we want to hear from you

Position Details: As the Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and administration of benefit strategies and programs. Your role includes:

  • Coordinating and overseeing annual open enrollment sessions.
  • Developing and conducting benefit orientations for new hires.
  • Facilitating educational sessions on benefits for employees at all levels.
  • Conducting benchmarking studies and advising management on benefit program enhancements.
  • Maintaining compliance with ERISA, Health Care Reform, ADA, and other benefit-related regulations.
  • Conducting claims audits to ensure accurate enrollments.
  • Managing vendor and consultant relationships, including annual premium negotiations.
  • Overseeing the administration of the long-term disability plan and retirement plans.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees regarding benefits.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Experience in claims management.
  • Experience with open enrollment processes.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Retirement benefits experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Self-insured experience.
  • CEBS designation.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
