Job DescriptionJob Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable General Maintenance Personnel to maintain our facilities, including the Lakeside Lodge. This role involves routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and event setup/breakdown. You will ensure that our community spaces remain clean, safe, and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the Lakeside Lodge and surrounding areas.
  • Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events.
  • Monitor and adjust pool chemicals and maintain a daily log.
  • Perform regular inspections and light repairs on mechanical equipment.
  • Assist with managing supplies and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Certified Pool Operator certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time, Hourly Position
  • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
