Service Writer

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Compensation: $25 per hour


About the Job:

As a Service Writer, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service team, ensuring that all service requests are accurately documented and processed. Your role will involve communicating with customers, preparing service estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, listen to their service needs, and provide timely assistance.
  • Document service requests and create detailed job orders.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repair and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding service status and costs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of service operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Service Writer or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and service management tools.
