Tax Specialist

- The Tax Preparer will handle the preparation of simple and complex, individual and small business State and Federal tax returns.
- Reply to incoming client calls to help with tax questions and set appointments
- Manually arrange transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
- Factor in precise data into Tax software application
- Maintain other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Interact with clients to gather needed information/documents
- Real Estate experience preferred
- Be friendly, courteous and tactful with clients at all times and a team player.
