This is a short term contract job.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

  • Use tracking tools to gather PC information and data
  • Support onsite technology department staff for project and day to day activities
  • Deploy new computer systems and software
  • Computer imaging and data/settings migrations
  • Report issues, concerns, technical updates to senior client management
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • 2- 5 + years’ experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment
  • A+ Certification or equivalent
  • Kowledge of Excel and asset management tools
  • Proven project experience utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
