Salaried position

0800 to 5:00 PM, Mon - Friday and some OT may be required.

Primary Responsibilities – Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives, and be responsible for the overall administrative functions and workflow in support of warehouse operations.

Additional responsibilities to include:

  • Conduct research, prepares, revises, and implements various admin policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with sound organizational practices.
  • Candidate will supervise three or more full-time CSRs within the admin office (oversees, leads, and trains the CSR – Admin staff).
  • Manage calendars, respond to customer emails, phone messages, and assist with customer requests/questions.
  • Supervise CSR’s with entering inbound and outbound transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Answer phones and lead CSRs with scheduling inbound and outbound paperwork and delivery appointments.
  • Ensure CSR Team confirms orders and receivers in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Team to ensure accurate record reporting and maintenance of inventory.

· Enforce policies and procedures with assistance of leadership.

· Collaborate with Inbound and Outbound Superiors to ensure timely order shipments and Receiver are processed.

Experience Plus

· Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping.

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and be able to multi-task.
  • Fluent written and verbal English is required (Spanish bi-lingual is preferred, but not required).

· Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, with strong emphasis on cross-departmental collaboration.
