Job DescriptionJob Description

Talent Corps is hiring a Administrative Specialist at a solar site for a long-term project. The pay is between $22 to $24 an hour. 

Must have at least 4 years of experience as an administrative personnel. 

 

Job Description:

As an Administrative Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the proper distribution of information across supervisors, client to Talent Corps, Printing, Data Entry, Printing, Excel, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Time Collection: Aiding in the collection of time from supervisors on site to ensure all field employees are paid accurately and on time.

· Inbox Management

· Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information. Manage email correspondence and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

· Client and Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with client and candidates, providing exceptional customer service. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Seek feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
