Collision Center Repair Technician

A Collision Repair Technician plays a crucial role in repairing vehicles following collisions. Collision Repair Technicians are responsible for repairing damage to collision vehicles following applicable service information. They follow estimates given by Collision Center Estimators and report discrepancies when conducting repairs. Collision Repair Technicians report to the Collision Center Production Manager and Collision Center Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Repair Execution: Ensure that the repairs (not including paint) are completed accurately and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Quality Control: Maintaining high-quality repair work is essential.
- Communication: Communicate with Collision Center Production Manager about the status of service work and estimated completion time
- Understand and utilize CCC Repair Software
- Follow company procedures of organization to effectively and efficiently complete repairs
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-Year associate degree in collision repair or similar, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CCC a plus
- ASE, ICAR, and EPA certifications a plus
