Insurance Sales Agent and Agency sales manager

Employment Status: Full-Time
Sales Agent - Hourly Base Pay + Bonus/Commission opportunities
Agency Manager- Salary + Bonus opportunities
Agency Hours of Operation: Shift work, Morning and Afternoon/Early Evenings, NO night/late night or graveyard shift
Training details: We provide paid training
Licensing details: Limited Lines or P&C license required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for offering and selling all company products/services offered through agency
Represents the company in all activities associated with the business
Build and maintain healthy customer relationships
Ensures all calls are being done New/Existing and follow up
All renewal quotes are made and all quotes are followed up
All local store marketing and marketing efforts are being completed
Maintain customer and business relationships
Attend sales training as needed.
Create campaigns for agencies to drive premium and coordinate customer appreciation events.
Ensure agency is clean and properly stocked with marketing materials and office supplies.
Must maintain valid limited lines or P&C license
Ensure the upkeep of policies and reports on a daily basis
Balance with the Daily Deposit Report when ending your shift.
Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits as needed
Qualifications
Limited lines or P&C license
_Education & Experience Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience
Great attitude to get the job done
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Must be able to type and use computer to capture data
Must be able to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly and attentively in a friendly positive manner.Preferred: bilingual in English & Spanish_
