Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Technical Account Manager. This position is on-site and exempt. The salary is $60K+ (BOE), plus commission.

 

Summary of Responsibilities: 

  • Identifying all technical issues for managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and contributing to company sales performance. 

  • Partnering with Engineering department for sales related matters. 

  • Assuring and maintaining complete customer satisfaction. 

  • Articulate product positioning to current and potential customers. 

Summary of Qualifications: 

  • 1+ year of B2B manufacturing sales experience required. 

  • Highschool diploma/GED Required; College degree in related field a plus. 

  • Comprehensive understanding desktop/SCARA robots, servo press and related products. 

  • Working understanding of electronics and factory automation.  

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. 

  • Strong communication skills for customer interactions via phone and email or in-person. 

  • Willingness to travel for sales matters (tradeshows, customer visits etc.)
