Job description

 Warehouse Manager oversees a company’s warehouse organizational processes and make necessary improvements. The main duties include assisting the human resources team in the recruiting and hiring process, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture. Primary responsibilities include:

· Introduce cost effective measures and create initiatives that further the company’s overall revenue goals

· Assessing and analyzing company budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits

· Responsible for day-to-day operations of the warehouse and communicating with senior management about shifting company priorities and projects

· Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue

· Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market.

· Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS/BA or associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in warehouse operations management

Desired Skills

  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Required to be proficient in Microsoft applications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
