Primary responsibilities include: · Introduce cost effective measures and create initiatives that further the company’s overall revenue goals · Assessing and analyzing company budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits · Responsible for day-to-day operations of the warehouse and communicating with senior management about shifting company priorities and projects · Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue · Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market. · Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
