Our firm is seeking a Legal Assistant or Paralegal who is highly motivated with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in Land Use, Residential, and Commercial Real Estate. We are open to interviewing candidates with experience in other law areas as well.

Qualification and Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a law office setting
  • Must be available to work in the office at our Toms River location
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Law - Commercial and Residential
  • Knowledge of Land Use and Zoning boards
  • Knowledge of Tax Appeal work

  • Experience with review of Contracts to Closing Documents
