Responsibilities of the Staffing Recruiter:
- Locate qualified job seekers that best match the GreenKiss temporary and direct hire division workforce needs
- Work closely with sales division relative to marketing candidates
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of recruiting resources
- Significant marketing of applicants through intensive job searching via internet recruiting
- Posting jobs on various job boards, local colleges, and career centers
- Attend/participate in open houses/job fairs/networking events
- Complete regular marketing strategies per the directive of the marketing team
- Resume searching using a variety of search engines
- Pre-screen, submit, and arrange candidate interviews
- Check references and employee verification, as needed
- Counsel temporary employees on job performance, as needed
- Mentor/counsel entry-level peers
Requirements of the Staffing Recruiter:
- Bilingual english/spanish is (a must)
- Must have at least two (2) years of hiring/recruiting experience
- Must be reliable; (no attendance issues please)
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to accommodate scheduled job fair
- Must have experience recruiting for manufacturing/production roles
- Customer service and time management skills
- Must be familiar with MS Outlook and Word
- Familiarity with Avionte Staffing Software a plus
- Must have strong computer skills; familiarity with online recruiting resources
- Familiarity with unemployment claims, E-verify and Form I9 regulations (a plus)
