Job Duties :

  • Experience with "high volume” recruiting a PLUS
  • Recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Reviewing resumes and referring applicants to managers
  • Screening applicants via phone and/or face-to-face
  • Corresponding with managers for direction on hiring needs and job descriptions
  • Enforcing organizations HR policies and procedures
  • Providing new hires with direction on onboarding
  • Extending job offers and clearly communicating details
  • $28.00-$30.00/hour DOE
