About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Warren CAT. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts and partnering with our team of recruiters and business managers to source, recruit, and screen top talent for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Pipeline Initiatives: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to attract and engage top talent from college, vocational technology programs, and high school pipelines.
  • Research and Attend Career Fairs: Conduct research to identify relevant career fairs and events, and attend these events to connect with potential candidates and promote our company's brand.
  • Initial Screening and Interviews: Participate in initial phone screening, reference checks, and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for our organization.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Assist recruiters in maintaining our applicant tracking system, updating online job boards, and in-house electronic job boards to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with managers to determine the effectiveness of our recruitment plans and implementation, and provide regular follow-up to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Experience: Utilize current sourcing trends, techniques, tools, and technologies to build candidate pipelines and manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process for active and future requisitions.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador for Warren CAT at various recruitment functions, such as job fairs, career expos, and professional conferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, human resources, or similar experience desired.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Authorization: Applicants must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without need for company sponsorship.
  • Personal Qualities: Inquisitive with a demonstrated passion for learning and process improvement. Creative and gifted communicator with the ability to become a strong ambassador for the company. Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
