Quality Inspector

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced Quality Inspector for a client in Greensboro. Individuals who apply need to have excellent attention to detail and experience with precision measurement instruments. This position works 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday with overtime as required.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for all testing according to department quality and company standards, methods, and procedures.
• Follow blueprints in
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to accurately measure dimensions.
• Use the proven techniques under professional direction and quality guidelines to evaluate daily testing as required.
• Assist and provide data analysis and testing to support with resolving customer concerns and questions.
• Responsible for accurate sample preparation for specified testing. Understand the function, methods, and operation of all test equipment.
• Utilize manual and digital measurement tools.
• Utilize computer software system (SAP) to document defects.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Quality Control/Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience using precision measurement equipment AND following blueprints.
• Quality Control Certifications preferred.
