Position Summary: The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials that align with our brand's identity and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with specific expertise in InDesign and ePublishing. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and eBooks, using Adobe InDesign.
- Develop and maintain ePublishing projects, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital publishing.
- Provide input on design strategies and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Part-time, 25 hours weekly, flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe InDesign and ePublishing.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
