Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create, edit, and enhance marketing materials with advanced and visually appealing designs. This role requires expertise in both graphic and video content creation, ensuring all materials are professional, polished, and aligned with Aquila’s brand identity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional content.
  • Create visually stunning and professional videos that highlight Aquila’s products, services, and innovations.
  • Edit and enhance existing marketing materials to ensure they meet current design standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Produce engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Update and maintain the design of the company website to ensure a consistent and modern look.
  • Design and format the monthly company newsletter to keep subscribers informed about industry insights, Aquila’s innovations, and case studies.
  • Create visual content for blog posts to enhance readability and engagement.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of content.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital media.
  • Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry or engineering sector is a plus but not required.
