Located in Odessa, FL we are seeking several Customer Service/ Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team Similar to the Call Center environment without the Call Center stress and pressures. NO COLD CALLING or OUTSIDE SALES Required. Primary functions include answering incoming calls and assisting our Sales Team by screening phone calls and determining how best to assist our customers. Calls are incoming from businesses and contractors looking to buy product. We are looking for individuals who have good phone etiquette and are customer service oriented. Must be willing and able to learn about the products we sell, have a great attitude and a good work ethic. Great work environment, we are not a call center. Filling multiple positions of various levels of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries for industrial equipment.
  • Talk to customer to determine their needs and direct them to the right place
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the available resources
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and meet their needs

​Qualifications:

  • Proven strong customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Light Data Entry
  • Mechanical aptitude is helpful in learning about the equipment we sell
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and determine their needs
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Navigate Websites and Internet browsers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Pass a typing test (minimum 25 wpm)
