  10+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA and Confluence both a configuration standpoint and customization aspect ·

You will be a problem-solver who can navigate evolving requirements and adapt solutions as needed. · Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt the communication style for the audience. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Proficient in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins. Extend the functionality of Atlassian products by configuring and customizing plugins to meet specific needs. · Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple concurrent projects. Manage your workload effectively and deliver results on time. · Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the use of debuggers. Identify and resolve issues within Atlassian applications and integrations. · Assess risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions to minimize disruptions. Develop and maintain years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures and technologies (XML, JSON). Your programming skills will be crucial for developing custom integrations and automations

Experience Required:
