Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Management: Oversee the warranty claim process for the region, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Documentation Review: Evaluate warranty claims and documentation to verify compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, management, and clients to gather necessary information and resolve warranty issues efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Maintain and analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to enhanced service quality.
- Training Support: Assist in training service teams on warranty processes and best practices to promote understanding and compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on warranty claims and status updates for management, highlighting any significant concerns or opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
