Dishroom
Primary Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable on the use of mop, broom, relevant cleaning chemicals, and safety equipment (proper safety shoes, back brace, face shields, etc.);
- Proper cleaning of respective airline equipment, trolleys, and ovens during dish washing process. Proper cleaning should be maintained, whether working on input or output side of the Dish machine;
- Proper cleaning of work area of standing water, trash, or debris in surrounding work area to ensure USDA Compliance for international trash. In addition to following standardized cleaning policies and procedures;
- Maintain cleanliness during shift through ongoing communications with departmental leads, supervisors, and the Department Manager;
- Remove and discard of trash in a timely and organized manner to maintain satisfaction and operational safety;
- Compliance with all workplace policies, including strict enforcement of Hacor dress code (uniform, appearance and hygiene code);
- Enforcing compliance of established policies, procedures, safety and accident prevention;
- Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged period of times, in varying temperature ranges and in the presence of water;
- Ability to work in loud, noisy conditions due to dish machines and equipment movement through the dishwashing area;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management;
Heavy Duty (Sanitation)
Primary Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable on the use of floor scrubbers, cleaning chemicals, and safety equipment (proper use of goggles, face shields, breathing masks, etc.);
- Proper cleaning of the kitchens (after cooks are out), floors, walls, ceilings, sinks, and/or drains according to company’s standard policies and procedures;
- Establish and monitor activity progress through ongoing communications with department supervisors and the Department Manager;
- Recommend and implement changes as appropriate to maintain satisfaction and operational safety;
- Compliance with all workplace policies, including strict enforcement of Hacor dress code (uniform, appearance and hygiene code);
- Enforcing compliance of established policies, procedures, safety and accident prevention;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
Equipment
Primary Responsibilities
- Able to read and understand loading manuals for packing the Airlines equipment.
- Attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
- Able to learn several airline accounts configurations for packing the equipment.
- Able to identify the many different dishes by reading the airlines code on each respective dish.
- Ensure to observe a clean and safe working area at all times.
- Ensure to follow all the Equipment Lead’s direction and/or assignments on a timely manner.
- Ensure to report any discrepancies observed on “clean” delivered equipment from dish room.
Pay: $20.04 - $21.04 per hour
