  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR):

    • Manage AP/AR processes, including invoicing and payment collection.

  • Invoicing:

    • Prepare and send invoices.
    • Follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Dispute Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve payment and invoice disputes.

  • Auditing and Deductions:

    • Conduct audits and review deductions and returns for accuracy.

  • Customer Service and Inventory Updates:

    • Provide light customer service support.
    • Update inventory records as needed.

  • Account Reconciliation:

    • Reconcile account balances and prepare financial reports.

  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving:

    • Analyze financial data and solve problems.

  • Proficiency with Excel:
