Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks. 
  • Complete accounts payable activities.
  • Complete accounts receivable and collections activities. 
  • Processing credit card payments and bank deposits.
  • Routing calls and entering new job leads. 
  • Assisting other departments as needed. 
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of QuickBooks experience (most recent versions).
  • Minimum of 2 years collection experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently.
  • Clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles. 
  • Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.
