Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving property insurance claims in a fair and timely manner. You will work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized service to ensure their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate property insurance claims to determine the extent of damage or loss
  • Communicate with members to gather information and provide updates on the status of their claims
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve claims and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient claims handling
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
