Here’s an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager who will be an experienced leader managing a variety of office processes, provide information management support, and coordinate operational systems and workflows.  You will work Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight for the day-to-day operations in support of the leadership team
  • Support all elements of administration in support of institutional goals
  • Complete schedules for external vendors and work with interns as necessary
  • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Collect, organize, and store information using digital and other filing systems 
  • Oversee special projects and track progress towards project-related goals
  • Assist guests at the box office will call window and resolve all issues and problems
  • Answer questions regarding events, tickets, and schedules, balance monies at end of shift, and assist with restocking box office supplies
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures for the box office operations, greet each guest with a warm smile and a friendly greeting, and receive and act on complaints from patrons 
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Must be familiar with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures
  • Must have the ability to build and expand on skills by engaging in educational opportunities
  • Must be able to perform well under pressure while ensuring accuracy to meet extremely tight deadlines
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and effective trainer
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be customer oriented, have a positive disposition and attitude, be a team player and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Must have the ability to follow all operational policies, procedures, as well as, health and safety regulations
