Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Handle mail distribution, office supplies inventory, and other clerical tasks.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Bookkeeping Assistance:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry of invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Process payments, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with payroll tasks.
- Support the preparation of tax documents and reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or some college coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred; basic bookkeeping experience is a strong advantage.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
