Boca Raton based Home Health Agency is seeking a dynamic individual providing exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Clinical Admissions Experience and want to eventually direct a clinical team.
You will oversee the daily clinical operations of the agency and ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care and the caregivers are given any guidance/training as required to service the patients. Our administrator who is also an RN will train and supervise you. You will be appointed Director of Nursing after sufficient training.
WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR NURSES FOR PART TIME OR PER DIEM GREAT RATES PER CASE $95 per case

Responsibilities:

  • Responds appropriately as needed to customer services concerns regarding patient care
  • Implemented and monitored clinical protocols, policies and standards to ensure effective and efficient use of resources while maintaining patient care standards
  • Oversee the nursing, therapy and caregiver staff to ensure that they are providing exceptional care to our clients.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure that the home care services are in compliance with all State of Florida, CMS/Medicare and AHCA standards.
  • Communication skills to include spoken and written is essential
  • Performs Direct Patient Care on PRN basis and Direct Oversight of Patient Care
  • Monitor the quality of care provided to our clients and make changes as necessary to improve the quality of care.
  • Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to ensure that their needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Active Florida nursing license in good standing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Medicare/Private Home Care
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual English Spanish a plus but not necessary
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and AHCA compliance requirements.
