Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager. You will be responsible for AR/AP, preparing and examining financial statements,  budget control and interfacing with auditors

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee receivables and collections
  • compile and review balance sheets
  • compile monthly financial performance reports
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Essential
  • Fundamental knowledge of AR,  AP, Balance Sheets 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
