Office Manager

* Manage the office and workspace of a 47,000 SF industrial building.
* Oversee the office including office supplies and inventory.
* Answer calls and emails from clients and customers, directing them to the right company contact.
* Manage billing and invoices with an eye for accuracy, correcting COI’s for vendors and assisting outside accountants with basic accounting support.
* Oversee the work of all employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
* Create discipline and performance plan programs, and counsel any employees struggling in their roles.
* Create and run employee engagement initiatives, working within an annual budget.
* Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
* Act as the eyes and ears of the management team for any office concerns and working with them to improve office operations and procedures. *Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's Degree Preferred, Experience will be considered in lieu of.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
* Experience in an industrial setting preferred (ie Manufacturing, Distribution, etc)
