Job Description:
You will be responsible for helping our team prepare custom training content based on scouting reports/footage. You will collaborate with our team and clients to design and implement new content on a daily basis. We are seeking a candidate with a keen sense of accuracy to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team and clients to design and implement custom training content for their athletes.
- Take ownership of critical tasks, ensuring their successful execution and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in football coaching, analytics, or related football administration at the collegiate or professional level (GA, QC, or former collegiate football student-athlete preferred. Ideal candidate will have diverse skill sets with GA and/or QC experience with offense and defense)
- Strong football technical expertise in drawing plays and film breakdown
- Strong work ethic and self-starter
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Passion for the game and a deep understanding of the demands and challenges faced by professional sports organizations and athletes.
