Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage products by closely monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activities.
  • Support growth and profitability targets by maintaining new products.
  • Support development process of new products (NPD) from conception through execution (pricing, positioning, packaging, etc.), by working collaboratively with cross functional divisions and HQ in Korea.
  • Manage product lifecycle including product improvements and SKU rationalization.
  • Work with cross functional divisions to support developments.
  • Conduct market and consumer research; track market and competitive trends to remain abreast of product/category developments.
  • Develop and direct marketing/sales collaterals such as sell sheet, brochure.
  • Assist with other marketing projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.
  • Passion for food is a must
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing or related field.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual skills in Korean required.
