PART -TIME - 22 - 25 HOURS WEEKLY - Permanent position - September start date.

  • Minimum three to five years experience working in a busy office environment
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ACT database knowledge a plus
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Accurate typing skills (50+wpm)
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Produce and update marketing fliers using PowerPoint

Open and distribute incoming mail. Meter outgoing mail. Handle outgoing priority mail

Provide day-to-day support/maintenance of website

Manage ACT Database

Manage Exclusive Listings

Post new listings to Word document to monitor expiration dates.

Set up reminders in MS Outlook prior to expiration dates.

Issue extension letters (if necessary).

Create folder for each property to track pertinent documentation.

Relay new listing information to CoStar.

Create fliers in PowerPoint. Coordinate the production of special fliers with outside vendor.

Assist salespeople in hosting open houses (if necessary) Create and update broker announcements via our HTML program. Manage broker mailings Manage office equipment and maintenance (fax, copier, postage). Prepare Deal Files for closed leases/sales.
