Position Summary:
We are looking for an organized administrative assistant to join our organization. You will support our office staff to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience managing clerical responsibilities.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Support office staff and executives with general operational tasks; perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
  • Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guests
  • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations.

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-2+ years experience as an administrative assistant
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
