The Sr Manager of MSP Sales is an experienced and dynamic role leading our sales efforts in Michigan, Indiana,
and Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling Managed Service Provider
(MSP) services, specifically targeting businesses with 15-100 employees. This role requires strong sales
management experience, the ability to lead a team of sales representatives, and a willingness to travel extensively
to support sales activities. The Sr Manager of MSP Sales will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by closing
deals, prospecting new clients, and bringing an existing book of business or generating leads.

 

Sales Leadership & Management:
 Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve
individual and team sales targets.
 Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the company's market share in the assigned region.
 Foster a high-performance sales culture, driving accountability and excellence within the team.
Direct Sales & Business Development:
 Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the target market of companies with 15-100 employees.
 Leverage personal network and industry contacts to generate leads and expand the company's customer
base.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
Client Engagement & Deal Support:
 Travel extensively (50%+ of the time) to support sales representatives in closing deals and engaging with
clients.
 Collaborate with sales reps to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs and
business objectives.
 Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Market Competitive Analysis:
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business
growth.
 Provide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and sales
strategies.
Reporting & Metrics:
 Track and report on key performance metrics, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
 Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of sales revenue and performance against targets.
