Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance Mastery:
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins with precision.
- Tackle facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and more.
- Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, and painting.
- Keep our pools pristine and inviting.
- Solve problems on the spot and work independently.

Job Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience is a must; property management experience is a plus.
- Versatility in maintenance repair, covering plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs, and painting.
- HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
