This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Schedule patient appointments, including initial visits, follow-ups, and any necessary diagnostic tests or procedures.
    • Manage and adjust schedules to accommodate changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
    • Ensure that appointments are appropriately spaced and that the provider’s time is utilized efficiently.
  2. Patient Coordination:

    • Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any scheduling concerns.
    • Send reminders and follow-up communications to reduce no-shows and ensure patient preparedness.
  3. Office Workflow Management:

    • Coordinate with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure alignment between schedules and office needs.
    • Monitor patient flow and adjust schedules as needed to minimize wait times and optimize patient care.
  4. Data Management:
