Must Have Skills:

1. SAP SuccessFactors experience 

2. Must have led a program from end-to-end. Can talk through the entire process from RFP, planning, what the scope looks like, working with FTEs, vendors, etc., how you managed projections vs actual budgets, go live, and hyper care.

3. Strong understanding of Human Capital Management platform environments such as: Successfactors, Workday, PeopleSoft,Workday, HR, Benefits, Learning, Recruitment SaaS Applications

4. AI experience of at least 1 year


Description:
The Senior Technology Program Manager – Successfactors, Workday & HCM Application Platform will be responsible formanaging enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within the Enterprise Technology portfolio. TheSenior Program Manager within ETech, is a senior program level role responsible for program level ownershipof complex large-scale technology-driven projects across a diverse portfolio supporting all aspects of ETech andits partners. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of theprogram, and for program deliverables including issue/risk management, cross-project dependencies, riskanalysis, financials, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status. This individual will workclosely with various technical delivery owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.


The Senior Technology Program Manager – Successfactors Workday & HCM Application Platform will:
• deliver project management methodology and execution practices for HCM Application Platform Projectstypes: continual delivery of product enhancement, integration, modernization capabilities and functionality todrive business value and system efficiencies.
• partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, business teams to manage the end-to-endprogram
• have proven experience leading Workday & HCM Application Platform projects driving the initiative fromplanning, requirements gathering, through execution and implementation – time, cost, scope, quality.

Basic Qualifications:
• 10 years of technology program management experience managing application enhancement, integration,modernization projects that deliver capabilities and functionality to drive business value and systemefficiencies.
• 8+ years experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and continuous integrations and delivery;with solid experience using agile delivery tools

Technical Depth: Proven experience as a Project/Program leading application enhancement, integration,modernization projects that deliver capabilities and functionality to drive business value and systemefficiencies.

PM should have experience managing HCM related projects: projects and the ability to understandone or more of the following application development tools and techniques:
• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management platform environments: Workday,SAP/SuccessFactors,PeopleSoft, HR, Benefits, Learning, Recruitment
• SaaS Applications
• Solid understanding of Cloud hosting infrastructure environments
• Solid experience managing large technical projects requiring the engagement of functional team (i.e. businessstakeholders, architecture & design teams, vendor partners, delivery lead, testing lead etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Mastercompetencies are preferred
