Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, and waste removal.
  • Perform porter duties such as trash collection, recycling, and keeping common areas tidy and presentable.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the grounds and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any maintenance-related issues or special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is desirable.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in light residential maintenance such as painting, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance. 
  • Exhibit excellent customer relations skills, showcasing charm and professionalism.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license, as transportation will be necessary for the role.

  • Prior experience in groundskeeping or porter work preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends or on-call shifts
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping and lawn care techniques
