What You'll Do:
- Inspect with Precision: Read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications to inspect valves, ensuring they meet all applicable standards.
- Conduct Thorough Testing: Perform first article and final testing inspections, recording crucial data to validate conformity with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Report & Resolve: Evaluate inspection data, write detailed reports to either accept or reject parts, and address any issues with equipment, materials, or procedures.
- Adhere to Quality Systems: Follow all Quality Management Systems (QMS) work instructions and procedures in the valve testing area, maintaining top-notch quality standards.
- Be a Team Player: Complete tasks efficiently and accurately, while also participating in cross-departmental duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.
- Stay Safe: Work safely around moving mechanical parts and hazardous materials by following established safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to understand and follow instructions, write inspection reports, and communicate effectively.
- Minimum educational requirement: Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Experience: No work experience is required; this position is considered entry-level. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently stand, use hands, and lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. Strong vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision.
- Safety Mindset: Awareness of working conditions involving moving parts and potentially hazardous materials. Adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Candidate must be able to complete and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check as a condition of employment.
This position requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or status as a U.S. Person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
Please note that this is an on-site role, and remote work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be willing and able to work at our facility during designated working hours.

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
40 hours per week excluding breaks, holidays and any overtime when applicable.
