Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinician to provide mental health services to clients through assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy. The majority of appointments occur in the office and if the client prefers, treatment can also be conducted through telehealth.  In addition to direct client care, responsibilities include maintaining clinical records and collaborating with treatment teams. There are also opportunities to provide consultation and education to organizations in the communities we serve. 

Qualifications

·         Master's Degree in one of the following Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

·        Current state licensure in one of the following: LCSW, LSW, LMHC, LMHCA, LCPC, LPC, or LMFT and must be eligible to                                obtain full licensure by the state of Indiana or Illinois.  Preference will be given to candidates with full licensure.

·         Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations across the lifespan including adults, children, and couples.

·         Demonstrated ability to conduct a biopsychosocial assessment and use other assessment tools.

·         Experience in addressing multiple diagnoses.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a team environment.

·         Basic knowledge of counseling/social work ethics, laws, and regulations

·         Ability to learn and use an electronic health record.
