This role entails managing supervisors and front-line staff, developing and tracking patrol-based training programs, and working closely with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The Road Commander will be instrumental in driving productivity, solving problems, and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Given the dynamic nature of this position, the Road Commander must be adaptable to last-minute changes to fulfill responsibilities and contract obligations. Additionally, the Road Commander must be able to collaborate effectively with other managers and directors to achieve organizational goals.
