Job Summary

This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek, with a 3rd shift schedule (8pm - 6am, 4 days a week) and a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mobile security patrols in courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure access points are secured and property is protected.
  • Write detailed reports using company technology and software to document site activities and incidents.
  • Arrive on time, meet time commitments, follow instructions, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate with the Advanced Patrol Officer and Branch Patrol Supervisor to report customer and property-related information and concerns.
  • Manage daily activities, meet key benchmarks, and maintain high service quality standards.
  • De-escalate issues through effective communication and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Complete training modules within the first month
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, company values, and professionalism at all times
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
