Accounting Assistant Controller

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to become an integral part of our team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting management or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Requirements: FIVE-YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • Computer proficiency a must
  • Sales tax filings
  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook

Duties include:

  • Assistant to Controller
  • Payroll & Reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation
  • AP / AR
  • Manufacturing accounting
  • Inventory Management – helpful but not required
  • General Office
