Human Resources Coordinator

A Plus Care Licensed Home Care Agency looking for a full time Human Resources Coordinator. Fast paced environment looking for someone who is organized able to multi-task and be a team player.
Responsibilities –
- Interview applicants and check their compliance
- Input Applicants into the New Hire Database
- Run Exclusions, Medicaid Fraud, Background Checks, Employment Verifications, and HCR
- Request, Receive and File away Employment Verifications
- Monitor and track ongoing employee compliance requirements (CHRC , Medicals, IDs, Write Ups etc)
- Maintain, update, and track employee Terminations and Holds
- Perform New Hire Orientations and schedule In-Service
- Maintain personnel files in a complete accurate and organized fashion.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of patients and/or employee information in compliance with HIPAA rules.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, company policies/procedures and accreditation standards.
- Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and the ability to prioritize workload
- Report terminated or resigned employees to HR Director
- Perform any other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate, prior experience in HR preferred - Detail oriented, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.- Ability to work under pressure in the fast -past work environment, - Experience using HHA Exchange - Sensitivity to confidential matters- Strong self-initiative, problem solving skills, time management
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
